FXtive Group is an established property maintenance company with over 25 years of experience, covering building and general maintenance, decorating, refurbishments, plumbing and cleaning in the leasehold industry.

Most maintenance contracts fail at the handover. A roofer finds a problem that belongs to a plumber, the plumber finds one that belongs to an electrician, and the resident waits while three companies agree whose job it is. Because our trades sit in one organisation, that conversation happens internally and the work simply continues.

The result is a single point of contact, one set of paperwork, and a job that is project managed from beginning to end.

We attend, establish scope, and issue a written estimate. Free for both domestic and commercial clients.

02 Scheduled and project managed

One project manager owns the job end to end — including any trade that turns out to be needed once work opens up.

03 Progress reported

Regular reports on work progress, so a managing agent can answer a leaseholder without having to call us first.

04 Signed off and documented

Completion evidence and any certification handed over as a single record.

Yes. FXtive Group works closely with managing agents, property managers, freeholders, landlords and commercial clients. Portfolio work and one-off jobs are both handled.

Are estimates free?

Yes. We offer free estimates to both domestic and commercial clients.

Are your trades directly employed?

Our core trades are in-house, which is what allows a job spanning several disciplines to stay with one project manager rather than being split across contractors.
